Changes to venues, timings, routes, activities or groupings due to weather, safety or operational requirements do not constitute cancellation.
The Company is not responsible for travel, accommodation or any other associated costs incurred by Customers.

The Customer confirms that the Participant is medically fit to participate.
Qualified staff may administer basic First Aid where necessary and obtain appropriate emergency medical treatment if required.
Activities operate using standard group supervision ratios (maximum 1 member of staff to 12 participants, and often lower). Our programmes are designed around group supervision and we cannot provide continuous one-to-one supervision or individual care.
Parents or guardians should contact the Company before booking if they believe their child requires additional support so that suitability can be discussed.
Many of our programmes take place in public parks, forests, beaches and other open outdoor environments. These are not enclosed or secure venues.
Our instructors operate robust supervision procedures, regular head counts and appropriate staff-to-participant ratios. However, it is not possible to physically supervise every child every second of the day in an open outdoor environment.
For this reason, our programmes are only suitable for children who are mature enough to safely participate within a supervised group.
Participants must be able to:
If a child is unable to consistently remain with their group, follow safety instructions or respect boundaries, our programmes may not be suitable for them at this stage.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is ready to participate safely in a group-based outdoor programme before making a booking.
Parents should discuss these expectations with their child before attending.
If a Participant repeatedly:
the Company reserves the right to remove the Participant from the activity immediately.
Parents or guardians may be required to collect the Participant without delay.
No refund will be payable where removal results from behaviour that compromises safety.
The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from an activity without refund where their behaviour:
Parents or guardians may be required to collect the Participant immediately.
Any damage caused by a Participant remains the responsibility of the Customer.
The Company maintains:
Customers are responsible for arranging Personal Accident Insurance if desired.
Participation in outdoor and physical activities carries inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the Company.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under Irish law.
