I consent to my teen participating in all scheduled activities (mandatory life jackets apply for all water sessions). I acknowledge the Phone Policy: to ensure everyone is fully engaged with the program and each other, phones are stored safely and only issued during a designated daily window for home contact.

I also confirm an emergency contact will be reachable 24/7 if we need to contact them.

I hereby give consent to Active Ireland Events Ltd staff to administer first aid and, in the event of an emergency, to seek professional medical treatment for my child.

I understand that photos taken during camps will be shared in the parents' WhatsApp update group and may occasionally be used for marketing purposes.

To ensure our team respects your preference during group activities, any child without photo consent will be asked to wear a visible armband for the duration of the camp. This allows our staff and photographers to easily identify and exclude them from any media capture.
